Trout Kabobs

4 Trout filets

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine

2 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon onion, chopped Pinch of Chervil

1/4 cup buttered breadcrumbs, soft Pinch of tarragon, salt, and pepper

Salt and pepper the trout filets. Grease heavy aluminum foil and place the trout filets on top. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion until tender. Add the wine, parsley, chervil, and tarragon, mixing well. Divide the mixture among the filets evenly and then wrap up in the foil tightly. Bake in a preheated oven of 450 degrees bake for 15 minutes. Just be careful when opening the foil, as it will be steamy and hot.
